Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as undergarments and personal care goods (including beauty products).

Returns for undergarments are not accepted. This policy is in place to prioritize the hygiene of our customers. Given the intimate nature of lingerie, we cannot resell returned items.

No returns will be accepted or processed since we only resell undergarments. 

We understand the importance of finding the perfect fit, so we encourage customers to refer to our sizing guide or reach out to our customer service team for assistance prior to making a purchase.
